Fully! Copies of our Certificate of Liability are available at any time. Please speak with your sales representative.
Does Simply Fresh Events accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Clients wishing to use a credit card to pay their bill will be subject to an additional 3% charge.
What is required to reserve our date and the services of Simply Fresh Events?
In order to reserve your event date, we must have both your executed contract and the requested deposit. We accept cash, check or credit card for all payments.
How do you determine who is a child and who is an adult?
For planning purposes, Simply Fresh Events considers anyone from age 4 through age 11 to be a child. Guests who are age 12 and older are considered adults, and those age 3 and under are free.
When are final head counts due?
At Simply Fresh Events, final head counts are due 10 days prior to your event. If a head count is not given by that day, the number of guests listed on the proposal will be the count that is used. We try to accommodate last-minute increases within reason. Any count increases within four days of your event date may incur an additional rush charge. Decreases may not be made after the final head count is submitted 10 days prior to the event.
